Medical Device Sales Representative (BS Nursing)

About the role

As a Medical Device Sales Representative at Variance Trading Corporation, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative medical devices and solutions to healthcare providers in the Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental region. This full-time position is crucial in driving the growth and success of Variance Trading Corporation's medical device business.

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in local hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities
2. Accurately present the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Baxter's medical devices to potential customers
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and a consultative approach
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns
5. Provide timely feedback and insights to the company on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
6. Participate in industry events, conferences, and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the medical device industry

1. At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in medical device sales
2. Strong understanding of the local healthcare market and the ability to identify and address customer needs
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information
4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
