JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role will be expected to perform the following functions:

  • Inform, Remind, Update the customers on the following: Construction Status, Activity Logs, Cyber Security/Data Privacy, Remind Contact Information
  • Monitoring of Salesforce resolution rate
  • Enrollment of Licenses for all Salesforce Users and deactivation of all non SalesForce users with active license
  • Customer Profiling
  • Preparation of weekly Customer and Accounts Management accomplishment report
  • Preparation of Management and Customer Care Group Alignment report

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a college graduate and open to learning company processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Preferably with working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Preferably with experience working in a Customer Service environment,
  • handling client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
