JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role will be expected to perform the following functions:
- Inform, Remind, Update the customers on the following: Construction Status, Activity Logs, Cyber Security/Data Privacy, Remind Contact Information
- Monitoring of Salesforce resolution rate
- Enrollment of Licenses for all Salesforce Users and deactivation of all non SalesForce users with active license
- Customer Profiling
- Preparation of weekly Customer and Accounts Management accomplishment report
- Preparation of Management and Customer Care Group Alignment report
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a college graduate and open to learning company processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Preferably with working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Preferably with experience working in a Customer Service environment,
- handling client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
