Overview:

  • Management of Patient Care Group
  • Management of members in Patient Care Group
  • Business reports and business improvement proposals to the Sales manager
  • Workspace management

Details :

  • Management of Patient Care Group
  • Responsibility for customer scheduling
  • Management installment payments and requirement confirmation
  • Patient Care sales management by Upselling(Consumables, Care, Repair, etc.) and Outbound call
  • Management for customer follow up
  • Management for Inquiries and Concerns
  • Boosting lifetime customer value and annual recurring revenue.
  • Inventory of consumables (socks, liners, bandages, etc.) from incoming shipment.
  • Analyzing performance of Patient Care Group
  • Improve the trouble and concerns for Patient Care Group
  • Setting a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
  • Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
  • Facilitate the meeting and catch up the concerns and problem immediately
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the superiors
  • Management of members in Patient Care Group
  • Patient Care Group members attendance management
  • Approval for the Patient Care members action
  • Business reports and business improvement proposals to superiors/the top management.
  • KPI reporting to superiors
  • Business improvement proposals to superiors
  • Developing customer fulfillment goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Propose to the top management about the action beyond the company protocols action or penalty as Patient Care representatives to superiors
  • Any reports which is required by superiors
  • Workspace management
  • Responsible the cleanliness and 5S

Must required skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a manager or director
  • Has experience of customer service/success
  • Must have a Bachelor Degree (any related course)
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined and can do the job with minimal supervision
  • Good English communication skills (English & Tagalog)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
