Training coordinator

Job Description

1. Partner with learning coordinators, department representatives, and SMEs to implement learning and talent development programs.
2. Coordinate mandatory, technical, professional, and leadership training schedules, participant lists, facilitators, and learning materials.
3. Support the end-to-end learning process, including training needs analysis, program development, delivery, and evaluation.
4. Create and distribute training invitations, confirmations, reminders, and learning communications.
5. Facilitate or co-facilitate training, onboarding, engagement, and learning sessions as assigned.
6. Design and deliver training programs upon completion of required facilitator certifications.
7. Maintain and update training records, LMS, learning intranet, and online learning resources.
8. Prepare and analyze L&D reports, dashboards, attendance summaries, evaluation results, and compliance reports.
9. Consolidate and communicate training feedback, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders.
10. Monitor training participation, completion rates, and learning compliance requirements.
11. Assist in developing learning materials, presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
12. Support employee engagement, talent development, onboarding, mentoring, and organizational development initiatives.
13. Coordinate with external training providers and facilitate learning-related administrative requirements.
14. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
15. Perform other learning, talent development, and HR-related duties as assigned.
