Maintenance and delivery of Daily reports (Sales Reports Power BI, Agency/Banca Production, Contests, Meridien).Making sure of MIS/Management reports quality, timeliness, and accuracy (KPI, Contests, DOU Allowances, Payouts).
Be able to troubleshoot and fix issues on the reports and dashboards.
Be a driver of synergy between other teams such as Compensation, Agency and Banca.
Provide analysis and ad hoc report for management decision on key financial and distribution reports.
Inquiry SLA response time 24 hours and resolution TAT of 3 working days.
Generate recurring reports as required by the businessMaintenance of new and existing reports to improve consistency and turn-around times.
making sure the accuracy of Production, Contest and KPI outputs.
Provide timely responses to ad hoc queries, data requests and analysis reports.
Participate in other key projects and initiatives within the team
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in finance/accounting/management reporting/analysisMinimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with VBA for Excel
Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with SQL scripting and SQL server tools
Proficient in MS word, excel, power point and other tools used in reporting
- Experience in working collaboratively on projects with various department / functions
Familiarity with BI tools (such as Microsoft Power BI)
