Job Description:
- Budget development and implementation and management of Human Resources Management/ Human Organization Development Center.
- Development of strategic plan and annual budget
- Directs the Human resources/Personnel function of the association including employee policy handbook, performance appraisal, grievance procedures, discipline, policy and procedure development and implementation of same, benefits administration, payroll, and overseas recruitment process/ Human Organization Development Center.
- Leads the General affairs group in providing the needs of the company and employees such as maintaining the company assets, documentation of shareholder/director meeting and related registration/other legal matters.
Qualifications/Requirements
1 Vacancy (preferably Male)Must be a Graduate of any Business Management Course
Must have 10 years of work experience in Human Resource and Training
Must have N2 Japanese Language Proficiency Certificate
