Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, marketing, and/or collection is required
- Willing to do field work and client visits
- Owns a motorcycle and has a valid driver's license
- Background in credit investigation and collection
- Experience in a lending, financing, or banking company is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
