GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or any related field
• 2 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital or tech-driven environment
• Strong foundation in design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Demonstrated ability to create effective and aesthetically engaging content for digital advertising, social media, web banners, and marketing campaigns
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, developer, and stakeholders
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in design trends and tools

Competencies Required:

• Strong conceptual‑thinking skills to translate briefs into compelling ad visuals
• Proficiency in video‑editing and motion‑graphics software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Keen attention to detail in color accuracy, typography hierarchy and overall polish
• Ability to design mobile‑friendly, responsive interfaces that prioritize clarity and ease of use
• Skilled in creating and maintaining reusable templates to accelerate campaign roll‑outs
• Experience building clickable mockups and interactive elements to validate UX before handoff
• Ability to apply and evolve established brand guidelines across all touchpoints
• Openness to critique and rapid iteration, balancing creative vision with project constraints
