Key Responsibilities:

Design Development

Create detailed blueprints, timelines, budgets, and material specifications tailored to client requirements.
Present design concepts through drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards.

Construction Administration

Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with approved designs.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other trades to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Compliance with Regulations

Ensure designs meet all governmental, local, building, and community regulations, including village policies and safety standards.

Budget Management

Develop accurate project cost estimates.

Ensure projects remain within budget constraints without compromising quality.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Design Proficiency

Strong foundation in architectural and interior design principles.
Skilled in conceptualizing and translating ideas into functional designs.

Technical Skills

Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices.

Attention to Detail

Ability to identify and address design and construction challenges proactively.

Client and Team Communication

Excellent customer service skills to manage client expectations effectively.
