Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research to identify required documents, complete forms accurately, and stay compliant with all guidelines.
- Follow detailed examples to replicate complex tasks, such as preparing and submitting housing-related forms.
- Engage with potential tenants to gather necessary information, assess eligibility, and arrange property visits or other key activities.
- Organize and maintain data, prepare comprehensive reports, and keep records up-to-date and accurate.
- Use Excel to manage and organize data, keeping accuracy and efficiency in technical tasks.
- Liaise with U.S.-based offices or authorities via phone to collect information and resolve issues effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Resourcefulness and a strong aptitude for conducting thorough research.
- Attention to detail and the ability to replicate processes with precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting.
- Confidence in handling professional phone calls and inquiries.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in administrative support or customer communication.
- Previous experience using QuickBooks (a big plus!)
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate or housing systems is an advantage.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
