Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
  • Develop content calendars aligned with client objectives, product launches, and key milestones
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize in real time to improve results
  • Manage cross-channel campaigns from briefing through reporting
Content Creation & Visual Production
  • Write engaging captions and ad copy tailored to each platform and target audience
  • Design and edit social media assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
  • Assist in coordinating photoshoots, from concept development to shot lists and execution
  • Work with Senior Multimedia Artists to ensure high-quality visual output
Paid Advertising
  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Monitor budgets and performance, optimizing for reach, engagement, or conversions
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives and copy to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Deliver clear and concise performance reports for clients
Social Media Management
  • Handle day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement for client accounts
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions as needed.
  • Maintain consistent brand presence and alignment across all platforms
  • Stay updated on platform trends, features, and emerging content formats, especially short-form video
Reporting & Strategy
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering reach, engagement, conversions, and ad performance
  • Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients
  • Proactively identify issues and propose solutions

Perform tasks or responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management and Department Head.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or related field
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in gaming, esports, entertainment, or tech industries
  • Strong knowledge of gaming culture, gaming communities, and current gaming trends
  • Experience managing platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram etc.)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro , CapCut, Meta Business Suite
  • Basic knowledge of livestreaming platforms and gaming content creation
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to trends quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with gaming brands, esports teams, or gaming communities
  • Familiarity with Influencer marketing, Meme marketing, Livestream promotions, Community moderation
  • Knowledge of games such as MOBA, FPS, MMORPG, or mobile games
  • Basic photography, videography, or streaming setup knowledge
  • Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns
