Structural Civil Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructures. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of engineering principles, and a passion for building sustainable and safe structures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design, plan, and manage construction projects including roads, buildings, and water supply systems.
2. Conduct site investigations and assess potential construction sites.
3. Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
4. Prepare blueprints, cost estimates, reports, and construction schedules.
5. Ensure compliance with government regulations and safety standards.
6. Monitor project progress and budget, and resolve design or construction issues.
7. Supervise and guide construction personnel and activities.
8. Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, and local authorities.
9. Use software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or STAAD Pro for design and modeling.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred for senior roles).
• 3-5 years of proven experience in civil engineering design and construction.
• Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Cainta, Rizal
