Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing of assigned supplies and materials including vendor accreditation
• Participates in planning to ensure sufficient inventory levels of assigned supplies and materials while minimizing costs
• Monitor contract compliance and tracks supplier adherence to agreed terms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Operations Department to forecast and plan procurement needs.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, ensuring the best value for the company
• Monitor and manage supplier performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and prepare reports for management.

• With at least 3-5 years of working experience in Purchasing/Procurement is required for this position, coming from Food Industry is a plus.
• With at least 3 years supervisory or managerial experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically in Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication and persuasive skills, with a good sense for appropriate communication across all levels of an organization
• Experience in importing/sourcing from suppliers is a plus.
