As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play an integral role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen the company's brand and drive business growth. Working closely with the onshore marketing team, you'll coordinate campaigns, create compelling digital and print marketing materials, manage social media and email marketing activities, and help ensure a consistent brand presence across multiple channels.This is a varied and hands-on role that combines creativity, organisation, digital marketing, graphic design, and content production, giving you the opportunity to contribute to projects that make a real business impact.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate and support the delivery of marketing campaigns and business initiatives.
- Create engaging digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, videos, and promotional assets.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation activities.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor content across multiple social media platforms.
- Assist with website updates, campaign reporting, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Transform technical product information into clear, customer-focused marketing content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and collateral.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in the digital marketing industry.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including B2B marketing and/or SEO.
- Intermediate experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), UTM tracking, SEMrush, and other marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience working with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and performance reporting.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent copywriting skills, strong grammar, and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to understand technical products and translate complex information into engaging marketing content.
