Graphic Artist - Muntinlupa
The Graphic Artist combines artistic skills with technical expertise to produce designs that meet project objectives and align with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Production:
- Create original designs, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, social media content, packaging, and presentations.
- Develop engaging visual content for websites, apps, and multimedia projects.
Brand Development:
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all deliverables.
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual identity by proposing innovative design solutions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Research & Ideation:
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Generate ideas and concepts through brainstorming, sketching, and research.
File Preparation:
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring high-quality output across various platforms.
- Manage revisions and feedback efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Tools & Software:
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or other relevant tools.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts with 3+ years of experience in same field or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic artist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
Skills:
- Exceptional creativity and a strong eye for detail, color, composition, and typography.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Personal Attributes:
Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into design improvements.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and grow.
Enthusiasm for innovation and artistic expression.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Work Environment:
- Office work hours (9-hours) – Monday - Friday
- Occasional fieldwork to monitor campaigns and programs
- Occasional out-of-base travel to meet and coordinate with suppliers
