GENERAL SUMMARY

Peak’s Senior HCBP is responsible for handling complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role serves as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

Senior HCBP will serve as the acting Lead for the HCBP Specialists in the absence of the Supervisor or Manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, complaints, and workplace conflicts.
  • Facilitate thorough investigations into sensitive employee concerns and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to guide the Managers and Supervisors on performance management, disciplinary procedures, and other HR-related processes.
  • Capable of handling conflict resolution with confidence, fairness, and impartiality.
  • Partner with the Operations Leaders and Department Heads to identify challenges and develop initiatives to improve employee retention and productivity.
  • Suggest strategies to promote a positive work environment.
  • Oversee the HCBP team in maintaining complete 201 files and ensuring accurate documentation of cases and corresponding actions taken.
  • Support the HCBP Supervisor or Manager in ensuring compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Assist in implementing programs designed to enhance the skills and capabilities of HCBP Specialists.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS. Psychology, Human Resource Management, and other related courses.
  • With a minimum of 3 years’ HR Employee Relations experience in a BPO setup.
  • Experience in Labor Mediation is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS. Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work on a graveyard shift
