The Role: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to drive our marketing campaigns, enhance our content strategy, and optimize our digital presence. What You'll Do:

• Buyer Expertise: Develop deep understanding of our target audience, their challenges, motivations, and decision-making processes to inform all marketing initiatives
• Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive competitor research and competitive landscape analysis, tracking industry trends and communicating strategic insights across the organization
• Email Marketing Excellence: Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated workflows using HubSpot to nurture leads and drive conversions
• Creative Content Development: Create engaging graphic designs for marketing materials including social media posts, digital advertisements, webinar graphics, and promotional content
• Performance Analytics: Track and analyze campaign effectiveness through MQLs, website analytics, email engagement metrics, and conversion data to optimize marketing ROI
• Data Management: Maintain pristine data hygiene in HubSpot, execute CRM segmentation strategies, and ensure accurate lead scoring and attribution
• Content Management: Update and maintain content across website, blog, email channels, and other digital touchpoints to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice
• Campaign Support: Assist with webinar production, event marketing, and integrated campaign execution from concept to completion
• Marketing Operations: Support various marketing operations tasks, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration initiatives

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing or marketing operations roles (B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred)
• Proven proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub including campaigns, workflows, and reporting capabilities
• Strong collaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives
• Highly analytical approach with comfort working with marketing metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision making
• Excellent English communication skills with ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bias for action and willingness to experiment with new marketing tactics and technologies
• Passion for B2B SaaS products and understanding of the customer journey

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Webflow for website management and content updates
• Strong design capabilities with proficiency in Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Project management experience using tools like Asana or similar platforms
• Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices
• Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies
