Responsibilities: **Handle daily accounting operations including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
**Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures**Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations
**Prepare financial reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders
**Coordinate with local government offices for tax filing, permits, and regulatory requirements
**Support intercompany transactions and liaise with global finance teams
**Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes
**Work closely with HR and operations on payroll and employee expense reimbursements
✅ Requirements: **Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
**4+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a multinational or IT-related company**Familiarity with Philippine tax laws, BIR filings, and government compliance, BOI processes
**Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
**Good command of English (written and spoken)
**Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
**CPA certification is a plus, but not required
