Job Title: Technical Sales Executive
Location: Cebu and Bacolod
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Technical Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Cebu and Bacolod. This position plays a vital role in developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving growth for our product lines—including adhesives, plastic pallets, and other innovative solutions from Materials Solutions, Inc.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a technical background and proven sales experience, who thrives in customer-facing roles and is eager to deliver value through tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deep technical knowledge of Materials Solutions. Inc., products, including adhesives, plastic pallets, and other packaging solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and proactive support.
- Conduct account mapping and explore opportunities to cross-sell or upsell other Materials Solutions, Inc. products.
- Present the company’s product portfolio to potential and existing clients through regular field visits and professional presentations.
- Independently manage assigned accounts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
- Develop strategies to influence key decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Submit timely weekly and bi-weekly reports to supervisors and principals.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, projections, and performance summaries.
- Ensure timely delivery of products in accordance with agreed lead times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field.
- At least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the trading, manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with effective time and priority management skills.
- Customer-oriented, reliable, and a collaborative team player.
- Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel across assigned areas (Cebu and Bacolod).
