Is currently looking for:

F&B SUPERVISOR (URGENT)

He or she reports directly to the Food and Beverage Manager and adheres to all protocols established by the F&B Department.

• Assist the implementation of some food and beverage SOPs.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
• Constantly check staff’s competencies through trainings.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
• Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
• Foster a customer-centric approach among staff to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Daily monitoring on inventory levels to help controls wastage and spoilage.
• Monitor pricing and cost margins to ensure profitability.
• Implement effective cost control measures without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Implement and enforce sanitation and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas.
• Anticipates the needs of events coordinator to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Assist in developing creative and attractive menus for special occasions.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets for the food and beverage department.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and take corrective actions as needed.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in computer applications related to food and beverage management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Quick analysis and decision-making skills in real time scenarios.
• Basic budgeting and cost control knowledge.
