What you'll be doing- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to identify and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle
- Design, implement, and maintain robust automated test suites to improve testing efficiency and coverage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables
- Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and technologies to drive innovation
- Mentor and train junior team members to enhance the overall testing capabilities
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in automation testing
- Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, and in debugging and troubleshooting issues
- Hands-on experience with popular automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
