About the Role
DIMO Enterprises & Overseas Placement Agency is seeking energetic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team in Antipolo City, Rizal. What You'll Be Doing- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services and account information
- Process customer requests, complaints and transactions accurately and promptly
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Achieve and maintain quality standards and call handling metrics as per company targets
- Manage non-voice communication channels including email, chat and social media inquiries
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialists when necessary
- Participate in training programmes and continuous improvement initiatives
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear articulation
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy call centre environment
- Proficiency with computer systems, telephone systems and relevant software platforms
- Patience, empathy and emotional intelligence when handling customer interactions
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to find solutions to customer concerns
- Flexibility and availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
- Attendance reliability and punctuality
- Experience in customer service, call centre operations or a related field is highly valued
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred
