We're an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO) looking for an experienced and qualified Hospitality & Business Trainer based in the Philippines to deliver online training to our students in Australia.
You'll join a friendly and well-established offshore team, working remotely to deliver accredited qualifications to senior secondary students and adult learners.- Remote | Day Shift (AEST) |
- Deliver engaging and compliant online training sessions
- Support student progress and provide timely feedback
- Assess student work according to competency standards
- Maintain accurate records in our LMS (aXcelerate)
- Collaborate with support staff and compliance team as needed
- Essential Requirements
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent TAE40116) – must be current
- Vocational competencies in Hospitality and/or Business (Certificate III level or higher)
- Recent industry experience in hospitality or business
- Experience training Australian students (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent English communication and online facilitation skills
- Professional working level English proficiency is required for effective communication and training delivery
- Reliable internet and home office setup
