About the Role
As a Junior Multimedia Artist, you’ll be at the heart of brand storytelling — shaping the look and feel of our campaigns, packaging, and digital content. You’ll collaborate with a fast-moving content team and see your work live across platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, where we lead the Health & Vitamins category.You’ll work on a wide range of creative projects across both our own brands (Dr. Daily and Wello) and external brands (Puritan’s Pride and Nature’s Bounty), supporting both internal and external brand campaigns. This is a role where your creative skills directly influence both eCommerce and social media content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.
You will report to the Content Officer, working closely with the team to deliver visually stunning work that aligns with brand guidelines, audience expectations, and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Editing & Post-Production- Edit OBS green screen materials (internal and affiliate use)
- Export content in PNG and other required formats
- Design infographics, social media posts, announcements, and posters
- Create mock-ups, product packaging, and repackaging designs
- Ensure all visuals are clean, on-brand, and visually engaging
- Help produce static, video, or motion content for Wello and Dr. Daily
- Provide design support for TikTok and other platform content
- Work closely with the Senior Multimedia Artist for direction
- Coordinate with content and brand teams to execute campaigns
- Organize and manage creative assets and project files
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Communication Arts, or related field
- Portfolio submission is required to showcase your best work (graphic design, video editing, branding)
- Experience in multimedia design or content creation – fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Applicants with strong portfolios but limited experience may also be considered
- Experience with e-commerce content and packaging design is a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut
- Ability to design packaging, thumbnails, and e-commerce visuals
- Strong skills in storyboarding, concept development, and ensuring brand consistency
- Knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
- Ability to deliver high-quality creative work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
