Technical Sales Representative

I. Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform sales, marketing, and after-sales support activities for the company’s products and solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and other activities to promote products and establish customer demand.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, and prepare Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports when required.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and related activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Monitor market trends, and customer requirements to support business growth and sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, or any science-related course
- At least one (1) year of experience in technical sales, laboratory operations, scientific instrumentation, industrial equipment, or related fields is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel for client visits, business meetings, and other work-related activities.
- Possesses a valid driver's license.
