Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Process customer requests and maintain accurate records.
Escalate complex issues when necessary.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications/Requirements

Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any field, or completed at least 2 years in college
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions
Proficient in basic computer applications and typing skills

Patient, empathetic, and customer-oriented
