PROJECT-IN-CHARGE

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all works comply with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports, accomplishment reports, and documentation.
• Monitor project costs and assist in budget control to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Identify project risks and recommend practical solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and site housekeeping standards.
• Verify work accomplishments and coordinate inspections, testing, and project turnover.
• Resolve site issues and escalate critical concerns to Management as needed.
• Lead and motivate site personnel to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in project supervision or project management, preferably in construction or fit-out projects.
• Experience in vertical and horizontal construction, interior fit-outs, furniture installation, or aluminum and glass works is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, quality control, and site safety.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or Primavera is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Willing to travel to project sites and work flexible hours when required.
• Professional license (Civil Engineer or Architect) is an advantage but not required, depending on the role.
