Join our growing team and be part of delivering accurate project estimates and cost analysis for quality project execution!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and bid proposals
Review project plans, specifications, and requirements
Conduct quantity take-offs and material costing
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
Monitor project costs and assist in budget analysis
Prepare estimation reports and documentation
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Production Departments regarding project requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
✔ Graduate of Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or any related course✔ With experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying, or project costing is an advantage
✔ Knowledgeable in reading plans, technical drawings, and specifications
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimation software
✔ Strong analytical and mathematical skills
✔ Detail-oriented and organized
✔ Experience in construction, steel, fabrication, or related industry is an advantage
