Maintenance Supervisor
About the role
As a Maintenance Supervisor at PSCo', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Petron Depots in Cebu, Bacolod and Zamboanga. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities across our site, with a focus on maintaining and improving our engineering systems and equipment.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to maximise equipment uptime and reliability
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction, training and performance feedback
- Coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities, including preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance
- Analyse maintenance data and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall equipment effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain detailed records and generate reports on maintenance activities and key performance indicators
- Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Environmental related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of maintenance management principles, including predictive and preventative maintenance strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions. With good organizational skills.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team of maintenance technicians and laborers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
