Job Summary
The Marketing Associate supports Franchise Noypi and Franchise Market by managing client inquiries, preparing proposals and franchise documents, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring client accounts, and assisting in marketing initiatives.The role also focuses on lead generation, client relationship management, and business development to help grow the company's franchise network.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management
- Respond to client inquiries through phone, social media, and other communication channels.
- Provide information on franchise services, packages, and requirements.
- Track inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups.
- Proposal & Sales Support
- Prepare and send franchise proposals.
- Follow up with prospects and assist in closing sales.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline.
- Business Development
- Generate new franchisor and franchisee leads.
- Support presentations, negotiations, and client acquisition activities.
- Recommend strategies to increase leads and conversions.
- Documentation
- Prepare franchise contracts and operations manuals.
- Ensure franchise documents are complete and properly organized.
- Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other departments as needed.
- Billing & Payment Coordination
- Monitor client payments and send payment reminders.
- Coordinate payment verification with the Billing Department.
- Maintain accurate payment records.
- Internal Coordination
- Work with Graphics, Billing, Accounting, and other teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor client requirements and provide status updates to management.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage Facebook pages, Messenger, and other online platforms.
- Respond to online inquiries and assist in creating promotional content.
- Monitor engagement and recommend improvements.
- Marketing Support
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Support initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and business growth.
- Reporting
- Prepare reports on inquiries, proposals, sales, payments, and marketing activities.
- Maintain updated client and franchise records.
- Submit regular progress reports to management.
- Other Duties
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, sales, client relations, franchise management, or business development is an advantage.
- Experience in franchise or service-based industries is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and marketing skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prepare proposals, reports, and business documents.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Messenger, and other social media platforms.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and similar tools.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
