JOB SUMMARY:
The General Manager (GM) of the Franchising Company will lead, manage, and grow the franchising operations of GCGC’s Hotel Operations business. This role will oversee the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial performance of the franchising company, which manages four (4) hotel brands across 70 properties.The GM will be responsible for franchisee acquisition, relationship management, brand standards, and ensuring the sustained growth and profitability of the franchising business.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in franchising, hospitality, or real estate development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of growing and managing a franchising business, including franchisee recruitment, investor relations, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, branding, and market dynamics.
- Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
