ATTENTION JOB SEEKERS ?

1. Assists Customer Fulfillment Department in all the undertakings related to the timely turnover units and efficient implementation of community related activities.
2. Coordinates and handles on site/head office (e.g Meralco and other buyers concerns) and ensures proper endorsement to the property admin in addressing such concerns.
3. Submit weekly report to present progress on all pending accounts.
4. Meets with buyers for document retrieval and signature as part of document recovery, if necessary.
5. Consolidates reports from Documentation & Records Department on the sold units for Move-In Clearance processing.
6. Perform other related functions from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• At least 1 year experience in customer service
• Can work well with different types of people
• Can work well under pressure
• Goal-oriented
• Has a pleasing personality
• Willing to start ASAP
• Willing to work on-site or relocate within Bagumbayan, Eastwood City
• Full-time only
