Join our growing Technical/Gadget Account team and provide top-notch customer support through a pure voice channel. In this role, you will assist customers with troubleshooting gadgets, resolving technical concerns, and guiding them through product features and services.
You are expected to handle inquiries professionally, deliver accurate solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience in every call.
Qualifications/Requirements- At least 12 months BPO experience (Pure Voice Account)
- Open to all applicants regardless of educational attainment
- Excellent English communication skills
- Tech-savvy and capable of troubleshooting basic gadget issues
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
