ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE' is seeking a talented and customer-focused Service Crew to join our dynamic team in Imus City Cavite. As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and hospitality to our valued customers in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
3. Prepare and serve food and drinks according to established standards
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring high levels of cleanliness and sanitation
5. Assist with table clearing, resetting, and general table maintenance
6. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
7. Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all customers
8. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, friendly, and approachable demeanour
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
4. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience
5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
6. A team-player attitude and the willingness to contribute to the overall success of the business
