IT Asset Management | BGC, Taguig

Qualifications:

• Diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT Asset Management in an ITES/BPO Industry (preferred).
• Strong PC and peripherals knowledge and technical orientation.
• Has ServiceNow experience
• Experienced working with a team of IT Asset support
• PC deployment, request fulfillment, vendor coordination
• Onsite, Mon-Fri (rotational shifting), BGC location

Soft Skills:

• Customer Service and Problem-Solving attitude.
• Good communications skills in English and local Language.
• Should be able to deliver on tight timelines.
