About the role

MA Industrial Gas and Air Production and Supply Corporation are seeking an experienced Backhoe Operator to join our team in Baras Rizal. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy construction equipment to support our operations.

• Operating backhoe machines safely and efficiently to excavate, load, and move materials on construction sites
• Performing routine maintenance and inspections on assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborating with the construction team to complete project tasks on time and within budget
• Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
• Maintaining detailed records of equipment usage and maintenance activities

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Backhoe Operator in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of backhoe operation, maintenance, and safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Physically fit and able to work in a construction environment
• Valid driver's license and certification for operating heavy machinery
