- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records (digital and physical)
- Handle communications including emails, phone calls, and internal memos
- Manage inventory and office supplies, including purchase requests and approvals
- Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and presentations when required
- Assist with scheduling of meetings, site visits, and company-wide activities
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the office environment
- Track incoming payments from clients and ensure accurate logging of transactions
- Monitor outgoing payments including utility bills, vendor disbursements,
- Assist in the preparation and updating of financial trackers and cash flow reports
- Coordinate with accounting for bank deposits, receipts, and financial records
- Ensure documentation for all transactions are filed and reconciled
- Assist in preparing documents for financial audits or external reporting
- Gather daily time records (DTRs), attendance sheets, and approved leave forms
- Compute payroll, government deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, Withholding Tax), and other benefits
- Prepare payroll summary and coordinate with accounting or disbursing officer for release
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and personal files
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, or any related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or finance-related role
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Drive (Sheets and Docs); familiarity with accounting tools is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail, trustworthiness, and professionalism
- Knowledge of basic payroll processes and government contributions online is preferred
