Your Impact

You’ll help drive the HR function through hands-on ownership and strong process discipline:

HR Operations & Employee Records
  • Take ownership of 201 files management (digital & physical), ensuring employee records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready
  • Manage HR documentation across the full employee lifecycle (hiring, movement, separation)
  • Maintain confidentiality and strong records governance standards
Employee Relations & Case Management
  • Handle end-to-end employee relations cases including incident documentation, NTEs, hearings, and case resolution support
  • Ensure proper due process and policy application in partnership with HR leadership
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee concerns, disciplinary processes, and policy interpretation
Compliance Support & Documentation
  • Support implementation of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Assist in compliance reporting, documentation preparation, and audit readiness
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure documentation completeness and process alignment
Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding Support
  • Review and validate pre-employment requirements and employee documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules and support seamless integration of new hires
  • Ensure onboarding files are complete, organized, and properly maintained
HR Reporting & Process Improvement
  • Prepare HR operational reports such as headcount, attrition, employee movement, and case tracking
  • Support initiatives to improve HR workflows, documentation standards, and reporting accuracy
  • Contribute to audit preparation and HR data validation activities
What You Bring to the Table
  • 4–6+ years of HR experience with strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance support
  • Proven experience handling 201 files management and HR documentation
  • Solid exposure to employee relations case handling end-to-end
  • Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory processes
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and process discipline
  • Willing to work full onsite in BGC on a fixed night shift
