The Production Engineer, also responsible as the Production Supervisor, oversees daily production operations to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently, on time, and meet quality and safety standards. This role includes managing and supervising production teams, optimizing workflows, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve production goals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing engineering, including experience with ISO standards. Equivalent experience may be considered.

Proficiency in production planning and lean manufacturing principles.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on data analysis to support decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and mentor staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to facilitate teamwork and information sharing.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, TQM, Kaizen, VSM, RCA) are beneficial but not mandatory, encouraging continuous professional development.

Willingness to adapt to changing production demands while maintaining a balanced approach to work-life integration.
