Credit Portfolio Manager (Commercial & Corporate Lending)

We are looking for a seasoned Credit Portfolio Manager to lead the oversight and strategic management of a commercial and corporate loan portfolio. This role is critical in balancing portfolio growth with asset quality, leveraging strong credit judgment, data-driven insights, and deep understanding of corporate lending risks.

The ideal candidate brings solid exposure to commercial and/or corporate banking, with hands-on experience managing large-ticket loans, portfolio concentrations, and industry-specific credit risks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Manage and monitor the overall health, performance, and risk profile of the commercial and corporate loan portfolio
• Conduct portfolio analytics to identify trends, emerging risks, concentration issues, and early warning signals
• Review and assess credit exposures, including large and complex loan facilities
• Partner closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, and Risk teams to support sound credit decisions
• Recommend portfolio strategies to optimize risk-adjusted returns and improve asset quality
• Monitor compliance with internal credit policies, risk limits, and regulatory standards
• Prepare portfolio reports, risk dashboards, and management updates for senior stakeholders
• Support portfolio stress testing, sector reviews, and credit risk initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of credit risk frameworks and portfolio management practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong experience in commercial and/or corporate lending
• Proven track record in credit portfolio management, credit risk, or loan monitoring
• Exposure to corporate accounts, middle-market to large enterprises, and structured loan facilities
• Strong financial and credit analysis experience.
