Posted on 7 July 2025Design compelling and exciting pop culture merchandise products, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure visual consistency and efficiency across all product touchpoints.
Develop visual assets, icons, illustrations, and imagery that enhance the products aesthetic appealContribute to the visual design of physical product elements, packaging, or accompanying materials as needed.
Work closely with the Special Projects Manager to translate creative themes and concepts into products.
Collaborate with the Special Projects Manager to understand product requirements, customer trends, and business goals.
Participate actively in design critiques, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
Iterate designs based on analytics and stakeholder input.
Ensure all product designs align with and reinforce the overall company brand identity.
Contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual language as it applies to product experiences.
Apply design thinking principles to solve complex product and visual communication challenges.
Propose creative and effective design solutions that meet both customer and business needs.
Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices in graphic design, illustration, and product design.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or a related field
At least 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a demonstrable focus on product design or branding applied to physical products.A strong portfolio showcasing your product-focused graphic design work.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign).
Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout, and iconography.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency.
Experience with developing brand identities.
