Vice President - Operations- To plan, budget, oversee all departments in the country.
- Responsible for managing all operations within a country involving profit, revenue, cash and quality targets, invoicing, procurement with support of Finance and Admin Team.
- Work closely with upper management/ departmental heads to make sure that the scope and direction of ProV is as per Vision
- Annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan for the country operations along with monthly, quarterly, or annual targets for revenue and profit, by working closely with Finance Manager.
- Produce business performance reports, which could be on a weekly or quarterly basis.
- Oversee Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring, and training. Guide HR team on people related, legal issues and on employee policies.
Qualifications/Requirements
Educational Attainment:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Required)
Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage
Experience:
At least 10 years of progressive experience in operations or business management
Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the IT, BPO, or professional services industry
Experience managing large teams and complex operational projects
Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
Proficient in operations planning, KPI development, and continuous process improvement
Financial and budget management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficient in business tools and technologies (ERP, CRM, project management software)
Familiarity with global delivery models, ITIL, ISO, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
