As a Customer Service Associate for our World's Leading Online Retail Brand account in Camsur, and you'll be handling problems with orders, tracking down missing items, and resolving return or refund issues. What you’ll bring to the table:

Assist customers in setting up and troubleshooting their devices
Address customer queries via phone, email, and web chat using the business services system
Identify customer needs, clarify technical information, research issues, and provide solutions
Maintain expertise in products, services, wireless mesh networking solutions, soft skills, and email etiquette when responding to customer requests on the website

You’re the perfect fit if you have:

Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of computers
Good customer service and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and good judgement to verify outputs.
