EXACT POSITION: Customer Service Representative (for Korean Clients)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong Korean and English communication skills to handle inquiries, concerns, and service requests from our Korean clients. This position plays a vital role in providing excellent client service, maintaining positive relationships, and acting as a cultural and language bridge between our Korean customers and the local operations team.

Client Support Duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for Korean-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Translate and interpret client feedback, orders, or concerns for internal departments.
  • Maintain records of client communications and ensure record is updated.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill service requests and provide resolution updates to clients.
  • Draft, translate, or review Korean-language correspondence and documents as needed.
Other task:

Travel Assistant Duties (for Korean Executives):

  • Assist Korean managers or executives in arranging flights, hotel bookings, transportation, and visa requirements.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel schedules, itineraries, and necessary documentation.
  • Provide real-time support during trips, including changes in bookings or emergency needs.
  • Liaise with travel agencies and service providers to ensure smooth and cost-effective arrangements.
  • Maintain a calendar of executive travel and provide reminders or status updates.
  • Ensure all travel-related expenses are documented and submitted properly for reimbursement or record-keeping.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proficient in Korean, English and Tagalog (verbal and written); TOPIK certification is a plus.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or travel coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Service-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms, visa processing, and logistics is an advantage.
