Job Description
Position: Thai Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR)Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting Schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in both Thai and English via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and productivity targets.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality during all customer interactions.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and processes. These responsibilities are consistent with common bilingual customer service roles.
- Fluent in Thai and English (written and verbal).
- At least Senior High School Graduate; College level or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Customer Service or BPO experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer navigation and data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and onsite if required.
