Job Description

Position: Thai Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Shifting Schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in both Thai and English via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and productivity targets.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality during all customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and processes. These responsibilities are consistent with common bilingual customer service roles.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Thai and English (written and verbal).
  • At least Senior High School Graduate; College level or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Customer Service or BPO experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer navigation and data entry skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule and onsite if required.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
