Operations Coordinator

JOB OVERVIEW

The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, and execution of last mile deliveries. This position involves direct communication with customers, coordination with internal teams, and tracking shipments to provide real-time updates and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to schedule pick-up and delivery services.
• Prepare shipments and forward them to the dispatching team for final delivery.
• Monitor and track shipments throughout the delivery process, providing status updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, delivery transactions, and shipment details.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or delivery issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Assist with claim handling and resolution processes when issues arise.

• A graduate of any bachelor's degree
• At least six (6) months related experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with shipment tracking or dispatch systems
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
