Job Details:

A highly skilled and experiencedPower BI Developerwith 4-6 years of experience in developing and implementing interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports. The role requires strong expertise inSQL, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Design, develop, and maintainPower BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to meet business needs.
• Develop high quality dynamic dataflows and data models ensuring efficient reporting and minimizing dashboard processing time.
• Write and optimizeSQL queriesto extract and transform data for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and managedata modelsand ensure data accuracy and reliability within Power BI.

• Integrate data from multiple sources to create a consolidated and streamlined reporting framework.
• Ensure performance optimization of dashboards and reports, enabling fast and efficient data analysis.
• Support troubleshooting and debugging of Power BI reports and data-related issues.
• Provide documentation and training for end-users to promote self-service analytics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, and business users, to ensure seamless integration of data and insights.
• Understand, work within, and contribute to procedures and data standards and governance.

• 4-6 years of experiencein developing reports and dashboards inPower BI.
• Extensive experience in data modelling and designing reports and metrics from complex and disparate transactional systems.
• Experience partnering with business teams in setting the vision for data needs and translating it into a product roadmap.
• Proficiency in writing complexSQL queriesfor data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience withPower BI DAXfor advanced calculations and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge ofrelational databasesand data modelling principles.
• Experienced in ETL processesand data integration techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work on large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellentverbal and written communication skillsto interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Power Automate is a plus
• Knowledge and understanding of Financial Statements and Operational KPIs and reports is a plus
• Understanding ofAgile methodologiesand the ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

• Experience with cloud platforms likeAzure
• Knowledge of other BI tools like Alteryx,Tableauis a plus.
