Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring that all items are presented correctly and meet customer expectations.
Customer Interaction: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests. Check in regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints.
Table Maintenance: Set up and clean tables before and after service, ensuring a tidy dining area. Refill drinks and clear away used dishes as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service and communicate any issues that arise during service.
Payment Processing: Present bills, process payments, and provide change or receipts to customers, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
