- 1 to 3 years of paid media experience across at least two of the following platforms:
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Spotify Ad Studio
- Reddit Ads Manager
- X Ads (Twitter)
- Programmatic platforms
- Strong English writing skills (blogs, captions, scripts, ad copy)
- Ability to edit and polish AI-generated content
- Ability to produce simple briefs for designers and UGC creators
- Portfolio or examples of written work
- Experience scheduling posts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
- Understanding of content calendars
- Ability to coordinate with creators and designers
- Experience using GA4, Looker, or Looker Studio
- Experience in campaign reporting
- Ability to interpret performance and summarize insights in plain English
- Ability to manage UTM parameters
- Canva experience
- Light video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar tools)
- Familiarity with Sanity CMS or any CMS
- Background in finance or fintech
- Experience working with AU, NZ, or UK clients
- Proactive and self-driven mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong follow-through on tasks and responsibilities
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Comfortable working in a one-on-one setup with a founder
- Receptive to feedback and adaptable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Reliable and consistent attendance
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Channel Campaign Support- Set up and manage small to medium paid campaigns across TikTok Ads, Spotify Ad Studio, Reddit Ads, X Ads, and emerging channels
- Handle targeting, pacing, basic optimization, and reporting
- Support retargeting campaigns across platforms
- Coordinate campaign timelines and creative requirements
- Prepare short AI-assisted blogs and refine content for publishing
- Upload blog content to the CMS (Sanity)
- Assist in writing social media captions and scheduling posts
- Coordinate with designers to ensure timely delivery of ad creatives and assets
- Work with influencers and UGC creators for briefing, content delivery, and follow-ups
- Prepare and schedule posts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
- Write simple captions aligned with the brand's tone of voice
- Upload and schedule content on a weekly basis
- Coordinate with designers and influencers for asset requirements
- Maintain a weekly content calendar
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Pull weekly performance data from TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Reddit, and X
- Update Looker Studio and GA4 dashboards
- Summarize results clearly and concisely
- Track cost per application and overall campaign performance
- Maintain spreadsheets and campaign logs
- Manage RhinoRank link-building orders
- Track delivery and maintain records
- Support basic SEO tasks without handling technical SEO
