Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 5-8 years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong experience in talent sourcing and recruitment operations
  • Skilled in project management, strategy development, and process improvement
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills for recruitment metrics, assessment, and reporting
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Summary

The Recruitment Head is responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition and manpower planning strategies to meet the company's hiring needs. The role oversees the full recruitment process, ensuring efficient sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates aligned with business requirements.

It also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, managing key stakeholders, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategies and Implementation
  • Aligns sourcing efforts with manpower planning and recruitment needs
  • Develops and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through traditional and non-traditional channels, including online job platforms, executive search firms, referrals, social media, and campus partnerships
  • Builds partnerships and networks with universities, professional associations, review centers, and other external institutions
  • Works with the Corporate Communications Department to design and maintain consistent recruitment marketing materials and content
Recruitment Operations
  • Monitors and maintains an updated vacancy database; ensures timely and accurate validation with Business Unit Heads
  • Oversees and reviews the Talent Acquisition Team’s submissions and recruitment activities
  • Leads client calibration meetings to align on hiring needs and candidate profiles
  • Supports the HRM Division Head in the hiring and processing of Senior Officer roles and executive positions
  • Ensures that all recruitment processes are within approved turnaround times and aligned with quality standards
  • Reviews candidate endorsements to ensure compliance with internal hiring policies before final hiring approval
Management Reporting
  • Ensures accurate and updated maintenance of recruitment databases using Excel
  • Prepares timely recruitment and performance analytics for management review
  • Summarizes performance reports of Talent Acquisition Specialists
